    Right to repair; Sustainable prioritisation

Even though it is licensed, tagged and insured to drive right next to you down the same roads? So its ok to replace an output shaft seal, bearings, ABS system, ECU, the whole motor on a 20+ year old vehicle but not ok to change the same components on an EV because its too modern...

    Right to repair; Sustainable prioritisation

At any time if an officer feels that a vehicle is unsafe, or operating in an unsafe manner they can pull it over and inspect it, and issue citations, even remove the vehicle from the road. Also many states and cities have regular inspections to ensure everything is operating safely.

    Right to repair; Sustainable prioritisation

If it doesn't work after I HAVE repaired it because the software tools aren't available to tell it the new sensor serial number that is not RtR. If I can't at least order the parts to fix an oil leak that is not RtR. I have every intention to build my own EV, and I won't need roads. Their...

    Right to repair; Sustainable prioritisation

I do understand your position on that, and respect it. Heck I even agree for the most part. But whether or not I should I will probably be building a custom pack, or modifying one to put in a custom EV hopefully within the next 5 years or so.

When Santa brings you a truckload of Superchargers

Yep, my town is having its first 8 stall installed, construction started a little over a week ago. Though I can think of 2 other locations I would rather see them, but this is a good location for everyone else.

The Truth Behind The Terrible Resale Value Of Electric Cars

We bought an ice 7 years ago that lost 50% of its value in 2 years... so using that sample size Ice cars are far worse. Oh wait that would be cherry picking my bad. The article looks like it was written pre-covid but has says it was posted Monday, or maybe used ICE cars post covid and EV...

    Gas Prices

Interesting video, covering gas prices of the past, present and speculation as to why they aren't drilling. One that is more humorous, and dips a little bit into market speculation.

SHUT GIGA BERLIN DOWN! Environmental group asks for Tesla Giga Berlin’s operating license to be revoked after paint leak

But the 15,000 liters that leaked in the paint shop itself. Just think of the harm all of that slightly hazardous paint that didn't get into the water could do. /Sarcasm off

Ford to build 600k EV's/yr by end of next year and has 2nd EV truck in the works

I have my doubts as well, but at least he is giving Tesla credit for being #1. Keep in mind Ford already has the capability to build a crap ton of F-150 bodies and beds as they are identical to the ICE F-150's. The only real thing that might hold them back is battery production. In 4 years I...

    Some Tesla Intervention is requested.

I know someone who is like that, that bad too. No not me I got over the spare parts hoarding a long time ago.

    Teslas, Teslas everywhere

When we drive just about any real distance we will often count Porches(any type) and Teslas. They are about as common between central New Mexico and Colorado Springs

WHOOOOA! Sandy Munro calls Tesla FSD CRAP!

Yes, it would still be able to make out the letters on the stop sign. We use one at work and it can see writing on painted metal. Using infra-red would definitely give FSD the ability to be significantly better than a human as far as night/rainy/foggy driving. But yeah cost would be an issue.

WHOOOOA! Sandy Munro calls Tesla FSD CRAP!

Actually yes, but only because the positioning of the red yellow and green lights are standardized. (so that colorblind people can tell) With the bombs down Sadam Husseins chimney, those were laser guided bombs, yes the sight was infra-red, but was also at night where the infra-red cameras do...

Oklahoma wanted the Tesla Giga Factory, now they are banning Tesla sales/service centers. [CLOSED DUE TO POLITICS]

Republicans are definitely not the only corrupt politicians, look at my state which is very blue and Tesla had to go to one of the Tribal nations to open a service center. We could go tit for tat for the rest of our lives over political corruption and never be able to prove one side is more...

We have some definite challenges ahead.

My dad used to joke when we the road got suddenly rough that we were now in New Mexico (from Arizona). I cracked the same joke on an airplane when we suddenly hit turbulence. It turned out by pure coincidence that we had just crossed into New Mexico

Tesla driver opens fire on golf course and vehicles after parking at Catoosa OK Supercharger

As far as gun nut, he only had 1 AR-15, that hardly constitutes gun nut. The shooting a truck in the parking lot is nuts. I know a couple of gun nuts.
