    It's 12/9 now what?

My argument would be that opportunity costs are something that you "lose" at the time of purchase. By buying into one investment over another, you have committed your funds to a higher or lower opportunity. The time of sale is when you solidify the gains or losses that the current opportunity...

Careful what you wish for. In the other thread the discussion is hunting. I know many people tie their kill to the roof.

If you are looking for fertilizer, you might as well send the not so smart also. Brain specialization doesn’t seem to impact decomposition rates or reuse viability.

WSJ Live w/ Elon: Cybertruck will our best product ever; U.S. EV subsidies should be canned; & more....

That all depends on which hemisphere you are in. In the Southern Hemisphere everything is upside down so they already had their day on 12/6. East of the Atlantic. It is already 12/9 so they can probably tell us already what is so special about 12/9. It’s just us Johnny come lately types in...

Electric Viking Prediction of 2030 Global Car Sales

The Electric Viking Youtube channel put out a prediction today as to where the car market is going to be in 2030. The hilight numbers are as follows (notice that Tesla rules the roost). The full video is here:

Mary Barra On Taking on Tesla as the Leading Seller of Electric Vehicles

This is quite an interesting interview. So many areas where Mary seems to be trying so hard to make GM look like a leader but just sounds desperate. I really don't see her as being fully credible. It is also so telling that in nearly every question, Tesla is the metric to be compared with. It's...

Rumors Growing Over Something Coming on 12/9 (Elon/ Numerology/ Split Rumor)

Long ago I answered the call to "Go West, young man. Go West" I've never looked back. It's a big reason why I have so much experience but look so young.

Sandy Munro gives a presentation on who will survive in the auto world

It seems that in this conversation the scope is being limited to one side. I do agree in principle with Crissa on the point that a quick shift to EVs is potentially going to cause a lot of pain and loss of skilled workers. It will not be pretty. But what of the alternatives. We CAN slow down...

Sandy Munro gives a presentation on who will survive in the auto world

From what I can see, Elon has set himself up with a very solid plan for most every scenario. The big 3 here in the US don’t have much chance to catch up. Long term though his real rival will be the Chinese government. They can fund basically anything they need to compete with Elon. And...

Sandy Munro gives a presentation on who will survive in the auto world

Very interesting Thanksgiving video. It certainly buoys my Tesla investment choice. I wouldn't say everything in quite the same way but I certainly do find a lot of common ground with what he is saying.
