How FSA are you when it gets people killed? Because that's what it does. Maybe not you, but people like me, people like the families of politicians, doctors and nurses just trying to provide care. -Crissa

They did, or as close as they could come without looking like they're cutting their losses. They have a tight gap to avoid falling into. Overestimate, but yes. Definitely. Maybe not if Republicans are in charge but definitionally the latter if they are. See also the PPP funds going to big...

The problem is... When has Rogan or Peterson ever criticized or even contradicted Elon or the conservative / patriarchy? That's the weakness. Those guys make money by selling themselves, they have no profit motive to sour the golden goose of Elon. :/ -Crissa

Everything is political, but... Yeah, I wish he'd stick to things which can be proven. But he's in a bubble. One partly of his own making, partly because anyone as visible as him just get alot of ... vitrole thrown at them. And not well thought out stuff at that. Sure, there's some valid...

EVs vs Floods - no, Florida, they don't explode.

Which isn't true, of course. Not much of an ICE vehicle is left after the fuel or textiles catch fire - where as a BEV's mass and fire resistance just means that a good chunk of it remains after one or the other has caught. -Crissa

EVs vs Floods - no, Florida, they don't explode.

NFIRS doesn't capture all relevant data; it's a subset of fire departments. NFIRS doesn't capture fires that did not need the fire department to suppress them, but may generate claims or end the life of the vehicle. The number of licensed vehicles exceeds the number actually used. The lifetime...

Transport Evolved takes this on in a rather straightforward way. Warning, lots of chemistry. -Crissa

    Right to repair; Sustainable prioritisation

It's more likely that a battery management controller might be fashioned to make other modules' performance. But the supply of modules and repairs would have to reach the hundreds of thousands before making such parts would be profitable. Most vehicles won't get there, and it would be far...

    Right to repair; Sustainable prioritisation

It may sound right, but it's not currently technically possible. Finding a module with the same properties as the existing ones is difficult. The slightest imbalance, and it puts extra wear on the weakest module. -Crissa
