    Hmm nothing burger?? Seems like possible lots of equipment violation tickets can be issued (one will spend wasted time pulled over, then explaining to judge/police) , 2nd - when one gets rear ended due to no warning of rear lights. (Loss use of car due to an accident, time loss etc..)
