GM to go all EV by 2035

I remember being impressed by the Volt concept in 2007 and waited for it to arrive: ...only to be disappointed at the production version. Even my wife didn't want me to buy it because it wasn't as cool as the concept. Then GM only had one or two Volts per dealership, usually in the back of the...

Who else is excited about Honda’s upcoming BIGGER FRONT GRILL? ?

That may be technically true, and fans of the hatchback segment would know those design nuances, but the casual observer sees them as looking the same. Here is a good visual in the SUV/Crossover market to illustrate my point. If you take away the color and wheel differences, one would have a...

Who else is excited about Honda’s upcoming BIGGER FRONT GRILL? ?

For a couple of examples, when I see a CRZ, I think of the Ford Fiesta ( or Focus) or Hyundai Veloster. Again, no offense intended. To each their own as they say. CRZ: Ford Fiesta: Hyundai Veloster:

Who else is excited about Honda’s upcoming BIGGER FRONT GRILL? ?

Yes, I did. No offense intended, but Honda's design language has always been boring to me, except the Gen 1 NSX. The author called it "understated", but I'm not one to buy a car that you can lose in a mall parking lot among hundreds of similar looking vehicles.

Who else is excited about Honda’s upcoming BIGGER FRONT GRILL? ?

I personally never use "Exciting" and "Honda" in the same sentence.

Anybody see the new Back to the Future trailer?

Well, there were a couple of reasons. There were a handful painted while the company was still going to test paint methods on stainless. Later, after the company failed, some dealers painted a few cars at customer's request, or as an attempt to sell them. The rest were painted by the owner to...

    protestors outside fremont factory

My mistake. Although, would the issues at Lathrop facility 2 years ago have concided with the Model 3 "Production Hell" phase the company endured? As I recall, it was a make or break time to prove to the Street that they could ramp up production and hit their their estimates. Musk was in the...

    protestors outside fremont factory

Wait a minute. The OP said the people passing out and ambulances were from a different company, that it was 2 years ago and the company resolved the issues. OP, do you have any credible facts about this situation to share? I wouldn't want us to jump the gun based on rumor.

VW chief defies sceptics with ambitious plans to overtake Tesla

Agreed, as long as they build them in Germany. I liked the VW's that were built in Germany, but the ones that were made in Mexico were not as good. This was my favorite made-in-Germany VW (circa 1992): My brand new 1997 Jetta which was made in Mexico didn't have the same feel of quality...

VW chief defies sceptics with ambitious plans to overtake Tesla

Yes. I have to laugh at the term "clean diesel". Saying that is like saying "healthy cigarettes". I owned a total of 7 VW's in my early adulthood and one of which was diesel. Man that thing smelled bad. I know diesels have their place in heavy equipment, but VW using that dirty fuel to lower...
