    I hope not. First off it’s a way funnier name if you say it how Elon says it, and secondly if we just call everything Cyberwhatever it’s gonna get old. People will just start calling them the truck, the cab, and the bus. And what fun is that?

    They’ve said we will be able to buy them. I wouldn’t think you’d need a license. Don’t know what we’ll all do about insurance yet.

    Box truck like a Penske or U-Haul. Some semis have windows, others don’t, but they pulling a trailer that blocks any view out the back most of the time.

    I don’t get your concern. Were you planning on riding in these while staying alert and keeping your head on a swivel as if you could influence the car in some way if needed? Because you can’t. Also plenty of vehicles don’t have a back window (every box truck ever).

    Still no steering wheel, but I’m guessing it’s in some kind of service mode that supports a hand held controller to move it around. I doubt they got it on a stage without a controller.

    Fair enough, you won’t be mistaking either of them for anything else. Ford/Chevy/Ram have to put logos of their trucks because they’re hard to differentiate aside from the grill, tailgate, and taillights. When you see a CT drive by, you’re not at all wondering what it is. Same with CC.

    Excited to see the ratio of human to robot drivers we have on the road in a few years! I could see the test to get a driver’s license becoming harder to pass soon.

    GM shuts down its robotaxi program

    While that must hurt, better to get out when you can than lose more money. GM is light years behind Tesla. Automakers should be paying Tesla top dollar for their FSD hardware + software before it’s too late. Plenty of “stuck in the past” people will still buy from them, but not for long.
